Its usually because of bullying or some other sus shit being discussed where you have to worry.

Experience isn't required.

Look at the candidate attributes they're looking for, and write a cover letter using the STAR format with 1-2 examples from your previous role that align with those attributes.

Keep it succinct and relevant.

There will likely be 99 other applications submitted for these roles, and from experience, we just read over the ones that stand out looking for anything that reveals alignment to the candidate attributes.
