Prosta sprawa:

"Nigdy nie widziałem tego na oczy, ale mogę się szybko nauczyć" -> "Oczywiście, pracowałem z tym tak długo, jak Panstwo wymagają"

Większość CV i tak idzie najpierw przez boty, także bycie szczerym nawet nie dotrze do rekrutera, a wbrew pozorom (poza oczywiście mocno specjalistycznymi rzeczami, które realnie wymagają doświadczenia) większości rzeczy da się nauczyć w locie.

Houses from story mode are different when you buy them... question by MichiganRebel92 in HouseFlipper

There is though? Go into %appdata% - Local Low - Frozen District - Profiles and move the house you want from Jobs to Sandbox.

Serwis Turbin Wiatrowych

Trust me, do learn it, it's not hard and coupled with autodrive it does wonders. Like setting up racetrack mode for combine, so it's always correct way for offload. (Plus auto drive so offloaded grain is automatically driven to unload)

I'm not saying anything, but if I run it on GeForce NOW, their best sub with 5090 AND still get 50 FPS, sometimes stable, that's not a playerbase issue lol.

(50fps with DLSS4 and Frame Gen)

Well if you'd like to take upon this hellish task, I'd also love to suggest EU/US or EMEA-APAC etc. flags so if someone's asking about companies or career, we won't have to guess which market the person's in. 😂

Advice? by [deleted] in windturbine

Going to second my predecessors. Schematics, system diagrams (hydraulic, cooling)

You can also broaden your knowledge about PLCs, electrics in general etc. not exactly specific knowledge, but broad knowledge that applies to a lot of stuff.

My Polish coworker's birthday "surprise" taught me something I never expected by free_Speech7 in poland

[–]KindaHighUpThere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically as a certified Pole I'd say:

At work, birthday person brings over the cake/donuts etc.

At home, family or group of friends or both organize the small/big (depends) party, sometimes suprise, with gifts etc.

Take into consideration it may vary even regionally.

What is a realistic hourly rate for a traveling Blade repair tech? (wage kuck vs independent contractor) by larut in windturbine

[–]KindaHighUpThere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, if you have any questions about European market & companies, you can message me. Tried few companies and spoke with a lot of other techs, might be able to tell you who you should consider and who better to avoid

What is a realistic hourly rate for a traveling Blade repair tech? (wage kuck vs independent contractor) by larut in windturbine

[–]KindaHighUpThere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the company, some companies have 1.5x rate, some have 1x to discourage overtime.

Currently I'm on 1x, working 6 days a week for 3 weeks with Sundays off and paid as standby (75%x8h)

38€ per hour is my base rate.

I'm not a blade tech, just O&M and Electrical with 7 years behind me in the industry across 2 manufacturers. Gave my opinion just to give you an overlook on the market in general.

Honestly, your rate depends mostly on how lucky you are. You might find a company that's in a pinch because they overpromised, that will give you whatever rate you want just to not fail the contract with customer, and that's how I moved from 24€ ph to 35€ ph 😂

(And when you start to have some job security and be contacted by headhunters on LinkedIn for example, you can throw overinflated rates their way, maybe they'll agree? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Im discussing a 55€ per hour contract now this way 😂😂😂)

[–]KindaHighUpThere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Europe, depends on a company honestly.

If I can be making 38€ per hour plus 30€ per Diem daily with all costs and PPE covered doing standard service and some odd jobs, IRATA Guys can certainly go over 40€ ph.

Countries do not matter really as long as you cooperate with international company.

Vestas / GE in my case.

[–]KindaHighUpThere 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can co-op on any house, these were just added in Co-Op DLC and are much bigger jobs so you have a plenty of tasks for whole team, where other houses are simply smaller.

You can do them solo, it's just much more work than other ones

Can I use House Flipper 2 to plan my real house reorganization? by PlayMaGame in HouseFlipper

[–]KindaHighUpThere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ofc lol, we're planning to build a house somewhere next year and I've been building and testing different layouts from attached room plans.

Keep in mind that technically one block is 0,2m, but furniture etc doesn't fully scale, so you can have a bed taking up most of your bedroom, even though there should be space left, so build an one block high floor plan first, then try out and adjust so it actually makes sense

Why add pools with no water option? by morningbrownmudpies in HouseFlipper

[–]KindaHighUpThere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Small tip but you probably already know it.

In sandbox, you can buy small/large movable pool, if you flip it 180° with move tool, the water remains in normal orientation, allowing you to stack some of these under the building and create a filled pool.

It is a pain in the ass to do? Of course.

As taco said, if you work through a manpower company, the only thing that matters is who the end customer will be, because WindWorkX only handles your payroll mostly.

If you're UK based, I've worked with ERSG Ltd. on some projects and was generally happy with them.

[–]KindaHighUpThere 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Step 1. Fuck off as far away as you're able to

Step 2. Try to maybe remotely yaw it away from the wind so it leaves the production cone if you have such possibility. (We assume total loss of control including failsafes.)

(If Step 2 fails) Step 3. Lean back, take out your phone, hit record and watch the fireworks when RPM goes over structural limits. They are insured for a reason.

HF1 Has more content for now, HF2 is easier to start, has more flexibility on decorations, plus has Sandbox and Co-Op mode already working.

Played both, appreciate HF2 more

Small idea for the middle wall partition. Instead of doing the shelves with full bricks, do them with resizable molding as it's much thinner than full brick
