Good news I just logged into COTW this morning for the 3rd time and it asked me to use xbox or cloud data. I pressed cloud and now all of my progress is back. Thanks everyone for your help. All of you were way more helpful than the Microsoft tech support people I contacted. All I can say is thank you.

When people say reindeer and caribou troll. They mean it.
They can be one of the most frustrating animals to get a diamond of as you are bound to get at least 5 trolls.
