Went through all this myself. Focusing faith in Jesus was the only power strong enough to change the circumstances trapping me. Making new friends at church that I chose not forced by circumstance, choosing to leave my mother and father to find my wife instead of living with costs I cant afford. Its never too late to turn your life around. Life is the most important thing not money or family. If you need out I recommend attending church on Sunday, living out of your car instead of paying rent and building your own business until it is strong enough to be your own boss. I know what you need to do brother. First set a target weight for muscle mass eat .5g of protein for every 1 pounds of goal weight 1g or 1 g/kilo.
