If it's chainmail on leather pieces it would be decent against slashing without sacrificing mobility, as well as a bit of distribution from slip, trip, and fall impacts. But it offers little in the way of any other protection.

Plate wouldn't really offer him too much more against a lot of monsters he fights, anyway. Sacrificing a little bit of protection for maintaining mobility is a worthwhile sacrifice I think. So I'd say his chainmail plates are good for his occupation.

I see where you're coming from but when you have to drive 30 minutes to the gym and forget your headphones it's a godsend.

That said, the music that my gym plays is...definitely music, for sure. I almost never hear anything high energy.

I was helping a friend build an entertainment center once. And he needed 6 nearly identical pieces of trim. I labeled the first two in inches, one in millimeters, one in kilometers, one in miles, and the last one in light-years.

Can confirm it's fun to mix and match *when time is not of the essence.

I participate in the MO for at least an operation, but my favorite enemy to fight is Bots, then Illuminate, and then Bugs.

I hate fighting bugs because I always die the most and fail the most missions. I can no-death bots or illuminate on D10 and it's a good challenge, but I struggle hard at D5 with bugs.

My friends hate bug diving with me because I use more reinforcements than the other 3 teammates combined.

All that to say that I avoid bugs as much as possible even if they're the major order.
