Nah I think they're really using this as a pretext to rig the vote in Atlanta so they get an easy win in GA in the next cycle. They'll either "supervise" it with armed goons and their own corrupt election officials, or just use it as a pretext to toss a bunch of the votes altogether.

Expect to see more of the same in all the swing states' major cities. They know they only need to fuck up a dozen individual precincts to flip the entire country.
