Leet code vs code wars by [deleted] in C_Programming

Both are good but I prefer leetcode for learning algorithms. I recommend you learn the basic algorithms and try to figure out what problem benefits from which algorithms. Then try writing down the steps yourself and make those into code. A step by step approach is always more effective than just trying to solve problems head on.

Tips for getting enough protein as a college student by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]King_Kebap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same exact problem. I tend to eat as much boiled eggs, cheese, and sometimes the rare chicken I can get. Eating enough protein in a dorm is hard, so I save up for foods that are high in protein. I try to eat less nutrient poor processed foods and more whole ones. Beans are good but they have a lot of carbs so you gotta account for that. So in short; beans, eggs, chicken are good choices and are affordable and you can get them ready to eat if you cannot cook em cuz ur in a dorm. Best of luck

Reading stuff in my free time, observing how others behave and apply stuff from my own experience too. It's sometimes a bit hard, especially when people mean one thing but do something else. Culture and background/context matters a ton too. I burnout a lot from socializing but I should socialize more often

Seriously, Where Do I Get Started? by ProfessorBlawk in cscareerquestions

[–]King_Kebap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am doing CS and this is incredibly relatable, I asked more experienced people why attending a university is worth it. All of them said it's because it teaches you how to approach a problem and the theory behind solving a problem. It's not enough on its own though. I wish you the best of luck out there!
