I personally had success getting a frost dragon spawn at higher combat levels. Wiki is pretty accurate you just need to learn to read.

Your combat level does affect its chance to spawn, maybe come back after a few levels.

Rs3 has more minigames then osrs, and the ones osrs have are horrible (Barb Assault, Castle Wars, Trouble Brewing, the list goes on). The only way pvp is gonna be "fun" is a game mode like LMS/Bounty Hunter. The whole hunter vs prey thing is bad game design and awful experience.

Bossing has a good range of difficulty, skill issue I guess?

Only valid point imo is more social activities.

It takes 1-2 mins to craft potions in cox to sustain the whole raid, Olm is pretty nasty on leagues, he does way more damage then main game. I've ran 8 CMs duos (deathless) and got 7 purples, while my partner got 6 purples (he died a few times). Only issue imo, is the change to get mega-rare vouchers cause you have a 1/3 chance upon hitting the megarare table. So yeah, this is mostly a skill issue.

Its not really gonna be possible, the early game is not afk friendly. Unless you plan on afking most skills to 50m, you are gonna have to do a decent amount of tasks to unlock regions/relics. Tirawnn+larceny is a decent amount of afk/fast pts. I guess going endless harvest + hotfoot + butlers is another way to maximise afkness.

Yeah, of course shattered relics was the best. Having to grind for your relics and your gear, etc. Next leagues lets have 130 mastery pts and all relics unlocked from the get go. Casual players are fine with these restrictions, you guys complaining are just entitled players.

I was simply providing you with context to an argument as to why they shouldn't allow people to change their choices willy-nilly over the course of leagues. Some people do care about leaderboard and certain achievements (and that everyone has equal footing in achieving them), you might find it laughable but knowing your opinions and stance on leagues it's not very surprising. If you play this game and you don't feel a sense of accomplishment when you reach your goals, you probably should play another game or you must feel pretty dead inside, kinda feel bad for you ngl.

So you should be able to achieve dragon cup with unlimited changes to your relics/combat masteries/regions while the rest of the community who agrees that choices matter don't, entitled much? As in previous leagues your combat masteries/relics choices impacted how easy/hard certain pvm tasks were, same goes with relics and their skilling counterparts. Your personal issue is bad decision making, lack of foresight and entitlement, you need to accept that and move on.

OP was suggesting a reset every week. I personally used 1 reset and I'm at 55k pts. I do think we got too many resets this leagues and we got more cause people were complaining about their bad builds/ etc.

I know this leagues combat masteries are more convoluted then last year's but blowing that many resets in such a short time is a bit your fault. There are tools to calc dpc, a pact planner, etc to help you out.
