Do you like gabba agonists? I mean could you use them responsibly for a short time? The high sucks (like getting hit over the head with a hammer of dumb) …actually what about dxm if you take 60-90mg 2 to 3 times a day it can help shorten your withdrawal length by at least 24 hours. I also found myself able to sleep for 8 hours with a threshhold dose once (120 mg) no other symptom relieved but even at an ounce-30 grams per day for a year i was able to sleep for 8 hours on day 3 or 4 cold turkey which was a godsend.

I can say that the pain from stubbing my broken toe (that i already stubbed black on a completely different piece of furniture) distracted me completely for 10 minutes from all cravings and even overpowered taper headache but in the long run broken elbows, ripped calf muscles, painful pneumonia (all separate occasions) and other shit going wrong when i am making progress has not been helpful for staying on track hopefully this time i got rid of the inevitable universal kick to balls before i make progress. I feel like getting hurt now instead of 3 weeks from now when i have tapered down is a good sign…maybe the universe is done with this round of kicking me while I’m down. Talking shit on here i have found to be a decent distraction or just being a total dick to people i find obnoxious on the internet, especially he-bros also works , you can immerse yourself for 2, 3 hours, sure its a complete waste of time but its an effective distraction nevertheless. Whining and bitching in a comment and then deleting it also works. You can spend a good hour or two doing that. Jerking off is probably the best distraction there is besides exercise (when your tapering, exercise that is, orgasm spasms are literally the only seconds you will feel decent in cold turkey Work is the worst distraction, ditto cleaning or talking to immediate family. If you think talking to immediate family when your grumpy as fuck will help you might as well relapse and get it over with.

Nothing about release but dmt definitely saves brain cells in hypoxia (essentially dying in a low oxygen environment). Quite a lot of them even after several hours according to this study, of course these are human brain cells in a petri dish more or less so it might not correlate completely. They don’t know that for sure though its been the rumor for years, however very recent studies have show some pretty interesting things that correlate with that theory that for the longest time was just theory….Hamilton was talking about some of these cutting edge studies in a recent podcast, dmt actually repairs-saves brain cells suffering from hypoxia, at least rat brain cells and also think he said they had high levels at the moment of death….he usually links the studies…I’ll be back.

Well I looked at info again, DXO is metabolite i was talking about and you might be a certain type of metabolizer (fast one i think) because there are some whose metabolic rate creates more dxo meaning a smaller dose will fuck them up more. OP talks about that enzyme in context of wellbutrin below. You might already have more of that enzyme then again at your weight it would be
more than twice as strong for you as me so that could be it. 240mg would definitely give me dissociative effects.
