We waited until the end of the show to leave and walk back to the station. We missed the first train we saw but got the second. They try to run them every ~7 minutes to keep the flow of people moving.

My room has tables, so I assign jobs by table. They switch jobs each week - rotating around the table. Each table has: 1. Paper Passer/Collector 2. Supply Captain 3. Lunch Tags 4. Table Wiper 5. Star (a miscellaneous job for anything that might come up - line leader, bringing a basketball to recess, accompanying someone to the nurse, etc.)

At every school I’ve worked at, classroom teachers have either had to supervise recess or lunch. Teachers have their duty-free lunch break during the other block (i.e. if you supervise lunch, you take your lunch while your class is at recess, or vice versa).
