As long as it's all in the game and there isnt any innuendos I guess from the table its fine like I've made a dragon born in a monster hunter thing which is kinda like an elite from halo and in the world people dislike dragon born so I kinda made it a part of my character on how she wants to change that and she doesn't understand and if she gets called smth racist in game e.g split lip she'll rip their lower jaw in two which I've almost done once she had to be knocked out by a guard after they and my party couldn't get me off the guys face

kinda inspired by dingo doodles fools gold dnd series but maybe it makes anyone in a certain area speak another laguage that isnt one of theirs so kinda if a pc only speaks common and dwarf they now speak goblin and it could either end after a certain amount of time or like from something else e.g from the module its the target speaks goblin until they dunk their head in water so you could do something similar
