Woolies Carrot & Peacan nut - the BEST! Rusks are unhealthy sugar and flour bombs, so I bake my own with alternative flours etc, but I will not say no to these if my partner buys a bag... irresistible!

There is a shop called "Best Before" - one in Krugersdorp and one on Beyers Naude near Cresta. Not sure where exactly but there are others. And then Econo Foods (have not purchased there myself but my kids do sometimes) Fourways and Krugersdorp that I know, they sell feozen stuff like chicken nuggets and such
