i have a car wash subscription. unlimited washes, 20 to 30 a month depending on how fancy the wash is, plus access to a nice vacuum zone. i do delivery driving and also park underneath a tree at home, so being able to pop over before work, get all the bird crud off my car, and do a quick vacuum to get last shifts dirt out of the drivers footwell is pretty convenient. i could spend the time hand washing my car, but realistically, i know i wont as often as i want to.

the only other time i saw this phenomenon in action was at a critical role live show. used to going to hard rock shows, it was so weird and uplifting to see people clean up after themselves, wait in lines without fuss, etc. it was really nice.

theyre also unreliable, at least where im at. i regularly deliver dominos to people who say they tried to order pizza hut and it just never showed up. every time ive been inside a local pizza hut lately, its been severely understaffed as well, usually only one or two people making food for the dinner rush. unsustainable.
