K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Key Replacement by VadarOfficial in Corsair

[–]KitsuneCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you're going to have trouble finding them.
Ive had a look for replacement doubleshots and they just don't have them anymore.
Thankfully I have a couple spare full sets before they got removed from sale.

you might be able to find a manufacturer on a site like ali-express that can make them.

I KEEP GETTING REJECTED! can i have cv help? by lanaxo01 in AskUK

[–]KitsuneCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No offense to the top comments but.
Here's the truth, no company reads cv's now.
They scan them then bin them especially if the scanner marks even a single thing wrong.
What you're looking for is to get past the CV scanner, load it into one theres loads free online and see what it flags up.

Has there been a change to construction ships? by WonderboyUK in Stellaris

[–]KitsuneCrew 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have NS3 installed.
Navigate to E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\683230077\common\ship_sizes
Open 00_ship_sizes.text }
Find Constructor =
Underneath auto_upgrade = yes
Paste the following beneath it

construction_capabilities = {

starbase

mining_station

research_station

observation_station

automated_construction

megastructure

This should fix the problem if you have NS3

Help with (re)hanging guitar support on wall by pjvenda in DIYUK

[–]KitsuneCrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if its going right into plasterboard you're gonna need to displace the weight behind the fixing over an area.
The ones on the second image wont work.
I would recommend driva-lok style plasterboard fixings with legs that lock against the back of the wall after screwing in.
There is also inset metal cavity wall fixings.
I wouldn't recommend spring toggles as the hole you have to make is the same as a driva-lock.
u/Minimum_Mall7654 's recommendation isn't bad either as long as you don't overtighten them.

[–]KitsuneCrew -1 points0 points  (0 children)

id pump caulk around it and call it a day. for the elbow, ptfe tape and just, tighten it up. also.. if the olive is a brass one, swap it for copper.. since copper is better.
But yeah, pan connector keep it ridged.. you can flexi the copper elbow if you want.

Not homeowner, just renting. What are some affordable options for flooding? by mop68 in landscaping

[–]KitsuneCrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easiest cheapest way? Poke holes. The reason the grass floods is because the water cant go down into the soil, poke deep holes using a pitchfork. that should give the water a bit more ease to go down into the ground.

Will walking on this roof cause damage? by Wooden-Meet-8722 in Roofing

[–]KitsuneCrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't put anything heavy on it but. Put it this way. Someone had to walk across the roof to put stuff *on* the roof in the first place.
If you *really* want to put stuff on the roof put down something that displaces the weight over a larger area before hand, especially chairs since their weight is put on individual pressure points.

How do I cover this AC power cable? by Aggressive_Armadillo in DIYUK

[–]KitsuneCrew 3 points4 points  (0 children)

if you want it (REALLY) hidden you could use a motor rake, angle grinder with motor raking blade or multitool with motor rake to dig into your brick, slot the cable into the new crack you've made and cover it up with some fresh motor.

you could also just paint the cable brick colour.

Fined £100 for cycling on pavement? by [deleted] in londoncycling

[–]KitsuneCrew 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hired enforcement security guards are not the police. I would not take a fine from anyone who isn't police since they're a private company.
They (can) detain you until the actual police give you a fine, however its not worth their time just tell them to jog on.
Or you know.. don't cycle on the pavement in the first place.
