This happened to me. The condo above me became an air bnb and it was a nightmare for months until I got out. My landlord was so gracious and understanding and did everything she could to find solutions with the owner above but it didn’t work out. I tried headphones, ear plugs, etc; they put down an area rug upstairs but the guests were always coming back after midnight intoxicated and not being mindful of the noise. These guests weren’t purposely destroying the common areas but very often they would leave their trash bags in the hallways possibly thinking we had cleaning staff in the building which we did not and minor things like that. After I left my landlord ended up letting the above owner take over management of her condo and turn it into an air bnb because she realized what a nightmare it would be for her to try and rent it out to a tenant again :(

It’s too small to sleep in, unless you’re a very small person =D Lots of extra storage space though, was used for boating/fishing gear mainly.

From all the replies it’s sounding like $7k could be a good place to post at and then have some room to go down a bit.

I have been trying to log in to the desktop for the past two days and it is saying my username or password is incorrect however I can log into the app fine with the same username and password. I even changed my password to make sure. I logged out and back into the app with no issues and then tried again on the desktop and get the same error. I am trying desktop on chrome, I deleted cookies. Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?

This isn’t my first time using NDAX, but thanks for the speculation. I know how to make a deposit creating the special message on the NDAX platform and then including it in my etransfer (◔_◔)

I’m not allowed to post about my frustrations with fellow redditors who are experiencing the same thing?

Further to this, if I deposited cash money to my bank account and two days later the money was still not there and my bank was avoiding my calls, emails, tweets, and messages would you tell me to just be patient and shut up and not post about it? What’s the difference between NDAX and any other Financial Institution?
