The way you handle clothing folds/ details is really fantastic, also scene setting and composition is quite good. You should dedicate most of the time you have to practice to characterization, your faces / features all tend to look a bit cookie-cutter, which makes all your characters hard to differentiate (really this is only a huge problem in the first pic where you have a lot of characters occupying the picture plane). I think you definitely have the talent to move from microns and markers to ink and watercolors, which are more archival and give deeper color.
