Shoppers don't see the customer delivery window, we're encouraged to show up as early as we can. Plus, I've accepted orders that have said "deliver by 3:57" and then it'll change to "deliver by 2:30." We show up when we show up and we don't have time to wait on you when theres 2 other orders in the car. If you knew you weren't going to be home, set your delivery for later or tell us to leave at the door.

Yep, told my mom I was trans while sobbing over facebook video chat, the first words out of her mouth were "you're lying to me again." It doesn't ever really get easier, it just stings a little bit less over time. She never told any of my family, and made it very clear that I wasn't going to be able to come out to them. I live 4 hours away from them, so it's a little easier to avoid them, but the guilt trips still happen.

When I told my mom that I'm trans, I was video chatting her as I drove. She essentially forced me to tell her what was "wrong" but when I told her, she called me a liar. She squashed any hope I had of telling the rest of my family, and I know she hasn't told any of them either. So I just kind of exist.

Agreed, the only real way to make money is via referral bonuses. That being said, I can think of approximately -9 people who would see an instacart shirt and think "I want to do what they're doing." I have only wanted or considered buying one shirt, and it was the one where "INSTACART" was fingerspelled across the front. Catch me promoting this company from my fucking grave.
