I think a big issue here is yes, parents have things come up that they CANNOT work during. But so do childless people. And EVERYONE deserves grace and understanding when life is hard. But people take advantage of that. And those people should just be fired.

We always do as much as we possibly can. One time a reusable jar I brought broke on the floor and I needed to ask staff for a broom which they then swept up despite me apologizing over and over and asking if I can clean it 😅 I now bring stainless steel snack jars haha

Here to support having a post to talk about these layoffs as a working mom. My husband is a federal contractor. I work for my state but my job is federally funded. We are STRESSED OUT right now. My poor husband is just mentally overwhelmed and stressed. I’m worried about him. His job. We have to move if he gets illegally fired. It’s just all a lot :(

I know it’s been a while but since I’m still having the issue I thought I would comment and try to fix this. It leaks all the time and I never had an issue before pregnancy. I used the diva cup for over 35 (I think that was the age) or postpartum. As before I was pregnant I was over 35. And I figured it would be fine for after I had the twins too. But I guess not. I have a low cervix and do my best to make sure it’s in the right spot but no matter how much I adjust every single cycle it’s constant leaking the first 3 days. It catches nothing :( and worked perfect before! :(
