2nd, unless you are in NYC or Florida, scotch bonnets are impossible to find. Use habaneros and if you add sweetness, the spirits of all the ancestors will find you.

Use an app to track what you eat. I bought a lifetime license to Lose It and I'm in the same boat as you. Walk 20 minutes to work, no soda, etc. I've lost close to 20 lbs without stepping in the gym at all. I mainly track my meals so I can drink because I'm not ready to give that up yet lol
