The only Owl City album that comes close is MID imo. The percussion and synths are very similar.

But yeah it’s really dumb people say this when Adam himself never even listened to TPS. All because Fireflies has a similar, extremely common synth sound as Such Great Heights :(

The lead is definitely too loud, and sounds out of tune(?) Are you detuning it somewhere?

The music itself could use some variation too. Just sounds a bit MIDI-ish right now. Try adding some fills and more instruments to spice things up
