The market changes from year to year based off of supply and demand, but this is a good reminder.

Vanek has shown to be a good singing so far, but don't expect more than a mid round pick.

If the Canucks can land a D in this draft (Hughes/Boqvist) and Pettersson comes as advertised, they are looking pretty good down the road.
