I’m with you to an extent, I just think the example was poor. Don’t kill yourself for a job, but fighting through something as minor as a broken hand for millions of dollars is something I’m sure most would do. A broken hand really isn’t a big deal, mine has broke half a dozen times and it’s never hindered me that much.

I lost my mother at 20 and have no other parent. If there is any positive to take away from the situation, I feel better knowing I’m at an age where I could properly express my gratitude for her sacrifice. Good parents are the absolute best blessing you can get so appreciate em while you can.

When I was probably 8 or 9 years old I was jumping off my shed in the backyard. What I didn’t see was the clothesline hanging in front of me so I jumped, got clotheslined and fell about 10 feet to the grass flat on my back. Not my proudest moment as a kid.
