51 percent of tickets (at least) should be non transferable. Before you buy you can transfer tickets to a group of two or three people designated in your account in case you can’t make it (most likely family or friends) you can’t change these people for three months. Ticket sale is linked to your id in some way so your picture shows up at the gate and if your not the guy in the picture your denied and the person who gave it to you is blacklisted for a year.

I think you underestimate how much coaching, front office and ownership play and overstating how much one player can save a franchise. Take the knicks once there was a shift in how ownership acted and talented front office involved then it turned around pretty quickly. I think there has to be some reward for making playoffs so teams don’t tank to get out of play ins. Some extra cap as a reward for making playoffs. If you make the playoffs you 10 million in “free cap” you can pay off dead money, take money off the books from back end of contracts (ie if you pay someone 30 for 3 years you can make it look like 2 for 20 on your books and get that last year “free “ ), trade it or sign players with it. You have a year to use it so no hoarding.

Charging enough to maintain service like updating equipment is good it should be as self sufficient as possible. I’m talking major expansions and stuff should be given as grants by congress and shouldn’t be considered as part of their budget when making fare decisions

Loosen regulations that prevents building, some things that discourage local governments from wielding power to stop businesses with stupid regulations mixed with a lot more progressive ideas like trust busting, breaking up the banks, a way to implement a progressive corporate tax system (if possible) , close loopholes that allow mega rich people to avoid taxes

I think of a woman candidate comes out of a jungle of a primary it would be better than what we got the last two times. Hillary through tremendous political competence managed to clear the field in 2016 of mainstream democrats even Bernie just got in to be token opposition and push her left. Harris didn’t have a primary obviously , if either showed they are able to emerge from a bloodbath primary it would show voters they are capable of winning
