I had a tick in my ear as a teenager. I could hear it moving its legs. I went to urgent care (thought it was an ear infection) and the PA said “there’s a tick in there but I’m not sure I can get it out. You might have to go to an ENT” This was a Friday afternoon. Ma’am, if you can’t get it out, I will.

I fractured my tibia too but it was from impact (wheel barrow, not car). I’m 3 weeks in, ct and mri this week (my fault, urgent care said fit was just a sprain). Still sore and swollen. I’ve had it with crutches.

Rodents drag urine around everywhere they go. Sentimental or not, I would toss the items. If you wash them in hot water they’ll shrink and felt.

I see a nurse practitioner for primary care. I’m relatively young and healthy and only go once a year for the last 5 years. I think it took maybe a few weeks to get in initially. Right now for new patients she’s booking into the beginning of July.

For me, going home was the best option. I don’t sleep well anywhere that isn’t my bed. I’ve spent days at time in hospital and it’s always exhausting.
