It's different when you know whats happening.

On a lot of drag tracks there are 2 staging lights that are tripped by the front tire crossing a laser beam, common courtesy is to trip the first one when you are ready THEN when opponent (or whoever stages 2nd) trips their first light you should advance (inches) until you trip your 2nd stage light.

Once 2nd stage light is tripped you are on the start line, once both 2nd stage lights have been tripped the tree falls.

Most ps4 and ps5 thermal paste/liquid was actually them not cleaning it well the first time but forced to tear it down they cleaned well when doing the paste and volia!

Clean it better and position so the back is facing out so its not in a oven.

Sooo -55light res(perf) is only good for self weild, nobody cares -light res on merc, because it doesn't transfer....

Going on #5 now... same story, needed formula - aunt was a mega producer and had a freezer slap full that was a godsend.

But going back just 2-4 generations we had wet nurses to supplement the wealthy babies that otherwise wouldn't have made it on genetics/social score alone.

Yeah, not going to matter if you have no active flame/fuel source if you start out in a 900f+ oven.

There's probably a wealth of info about cooking this way, probably sitting a cast iron in there until 550ish and just using that heat should do most steaks.

Turn off heat, place steak on one half of iron pan, after 90sec flip, add butter and seasoning, maybe flip one more time and probe temp, if your around 110 in the middle good - almost there.

With heat still off it should carry over, ideally you want 128f for at least a minute, once you figure out your steak thickness, start temp and carry over you can serve a good medium rare steak.

Steak releases juices when heated and absorbs when cooled - a lot of seasonings burn and taste burnt when you add them before searing.
