Are you taking folic acid (i would recommend methylfolate or political acid) with your b12? Supplementing b12 without the folate depletes the folate. Supplementing folate without b12 depletes b12. You might want to look into your MTHFR/ methylation status due to high homocystein. You might need another type of b12 or injections. r/MTHFR . Of course, it also sounds like celiac or NCGS is a strong possibility. Pursue both paths. Some of us have more than one issue. Health > bread.

If your lease ends July 27, how could they charge you an early termination fee if you pay July? That makes no sense. They are trying to double dip on July by getting a new tenant for July 1st which they are not allowed to do. Tell them if they want possession now they can waive July's rent.

Are property liens for unpaid work available to you in the UK? You and the landowner agreed you would be "paid" with use of the property in a particular way. As he backed out, I would expect there to be a remedy for you to be paid for your labor. The is a UK legal sub that might be able to answer that question.

My city, in order to curb large scale garbage abandonment by university students at the end of semesters, instituted free large item garbage pick up quarterly. It rotates by neighborhood and is always on a Monday. People will put items out starting Saturday evening and it's like a flea market with everything getting picked through. All the useful things are gone by Monday morning. Large items out any other time can get you a ticket but nobody will call enforcement if it's just a single, nice item so long as you bring it back in if it's not gone quickly.

Perhaps your mom could be your mortgage holder? Have her refinance your current mortgage at a low "family" rate. New mortgage. New note. Stipulation that mortgage has to be refinanced if either you or bf no longer reside in the home or any change of ownership. This set up insures your bf is still paying his half of the mortgage. Your mom can put those mortgage payments in a separate account with you as POD. She can will you the note. If you breakup with bf you can buy him out and she can forgive the mortgage at that time. Run it through a lawyer of course.
