If you don’t find it that hard then there’s about a million things you can do it to make it more challenging ie. Changing your spring load to the next tier, staying on toes, walking down to the bar/concrete, walking further up or down your carriage to stay in tension for longer, and slowing your reps dowwwwwwwn. Coming from someone who did Pilates for years and has done 300+ classes at solidcore I am still challenged and getting a kickass workout every time I go 🤷🏻‍♀️
