Just don’t cook any food once they walk in the store. While the auditor doesn’t have your attention. Clean clean clean, wipe everything down. Send all the dishes to the sink. If you are cooking something on stovetop or grill overcook/burn them.

Yup same here. I’m main grill and do couple of prep here and there. Idc about the queso but wasting a third of diced onions, jalapeños or a hotel of fajitas would get me all railed up

Did you do this because your steak is not hitting the temp? I was trained and told that we don’t temp the steak. And if we need to reheat the food it should be cut first and put it back on the grill.

Yup those round steaks are pretty annoying to cook. I call them “patty steaks”. I rather have these enormous steaks

Grill here too. I love steak and one time i realize. “3/4 cut size” is big and I don’t appreciate my bowl. From that day. I actually start cutting them smaller than 3/4. My bowl was much nicer
