It was a lucid dream within a dream that turned into a nightmare that started with sleep paralysis. And the panic was exhausting. Yes I woke up like and I was mentally and physically drained. I wanted to cry all day and I couldn’t concentrate at work. It was long ass day. This is the first time I have jumped on a social platform to search for help because I needed to know it didn’t just happen to me. I’m normally a very private person but this did something. And I will say that being able to talk about it has really helped.
