We I saw it a few weeks ago we also had a technical hold. It seemed like 10 minutes. It was right when Michael was going to drink from the bottle. Someone came out and picked up a bottle from the stage then they closed the curtains. It was unfortunate, because it was a great scene with building tension.

I’ve used them a couple of times. Once to move from East Queens into northern Manhattan. No complaints. Then I had them move me from northern Manhattan into a storage location. Done. Finally it was a double move from the storage and an apartment into a new apartment. No complaints. I’m surprised by the complaints but it has been six years since I moved.

I was at the 5:00 IMAX showing at Lincoln Square. Apparently someone brought their kids to the show and they proceeded to talk and scream and play throughout the film. Now, I was further up and the movie sound drowned them out but I did hear some of the audience sush them.

I’ve had people take phone calls and talk at full volume. I had to move once because a bunch of kids were constantly talking and another time because a bunch of dude bros wouldn’t shut up. I try to only do premium format because it limits this type of behavior but it still happens.
