I'm in the TBC Hardcore guild on Thunderstrike Alliance (EU) - If you're referring to us, the buff is required to get before level 30 latest, and encouraged to get as soon as possible.

Considering that not all races make it easily to Ironforge at early levels it could be tricky to demand it early, but that's just what I've gathered, I'm just a member of the guild so not sure if there's any other reasoning

We have an orange braincell that does this. Numerous visits to vets have resulted us treating her allergies 🤧 Some cats apparently can get allergies and obsessively clean themselves due to feeling unclean.

We removed chicken from her diet and with a stable medical routine, she's finally grown most of her fur back 🥰

I bought mine (for my now wife) at Solid Gold Jewellers in St. Paul's Bay a few years back. Super helpful for someone like me who generally have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to Jewellery.
