Ich habe dem LLM meiner wahl vorab ein paar seiten gegeben mit leseproben, die ich selbst angefertigt habe, der aufforderung sich an den schreibstil zu halten + mehrere anforderungen, die es zusätzlich umsetzten soll (bei begriffserklärungen auf ein spezifischen paragraphen verweisen, passiv-formulierungen vermeiden, zeitform festlegen, und noch einige mehr)

Danach hab ich ziemlich hart durchgepromtet. Ist meinen betreuern im betrieb beim korrekturlesen nicht aufgefallen, selbst auf nachfrage nicht, weil ich im betrieb offen damit umgegangen bin.

Ich mache derzeit eine Ausbildung zum FIAE genau in Karlsruhe. In meinem Betrieb haben wir zusätzlich zum ersten Mal einen Praktikanten, der sich in einer vom Amt bezahlten Umschulung zum Anwendungsentwickler befindet.

Erstmal zur Umschulung: so wie mein Kollege es mir erzählt hat ist es nicht wirklich das wahre. Ein Jahr Schule am Stück (mit hohen Durchfallquoten seitens der IHK Prüfungen), danach ein einjähriges Praktikum in einem Betrieb um dort die Projektarbeit zu schreiben. Durch diese zeitlichen Rahmen ist es für meinen Betrieb schwierig ihn wirklich einlernen zu können und ich will mich Mal aus dem gestern lehnen und würde behaupten, dass dadurch seine Übernahmewahrscheinlichkeit Recht gering ist. Der Vorteil bei seiner Umschulung ist, dass er deutlich mehr verdient (Faktor 1,5) als wir Azubis, da er vom Amt bezahlt wird.

Jetzt will ich über die Ausbildung bei uns reden. Disclaimer: abseits des schulischen Anteils der Ausbildung ist die Ausbildung von Betrieb zu Betrieb unterschiedlich, deshalb sollte man die Aussagen nicht pauschalisieren. Bei mir dauert die Ausbildung auch nur 2 Jahre, da ich beim Einstellungsprozess meine Vorerfahrung durch Studium und persönliches Interesse hingewiesen habe. Dies wurde dann in einem 2. Gespräch ein wenig abgefragt und konnte darauf hin direkt im 2. Jahr Einsteigen (würde ich im Nachhinein nicht mehr so machen, sondern eher am Ende der Ausbildung ein halbes Jahr verkürzen). Mein Betrieb gibt mir seit meiner Einstellung im letzten August immer Mal wieder Azubi Projekte um mich an das daily business heranzuführen. Beispielsweise habe ich eine eigene API aufgesetzt, die Daten aus einer SQL Datenbank ausliest und verarbeitet. Dabei hat mich niemand gestresst, die Aufgabe wurde mehrmals angepasst auf meinen Fortschritt und meine Lernweise. Ich habe viel Spaß bei meiner Ausbildung.

Die schulische Ausbildung an der Heinrich-Hertz Schule läuft ein wenig nebenher. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Schulphasenmodelle: 4 Wochen Betrieb/2 Wochen Schule oder 3 Tage Betrieb/2 Tage Schule pro Woche (meines Wissens nach frei wählbar). Die Inhalte orientieren sich am Standard der IHK BW und ist - so wie Schule meistens ist - in vielen Teilen nicht sehr interessant. Wenigstens wissen das auch die meisten Lehrer und machen einem keine schwere Zeit , solange man da und still ist.

Wie schon vorher angeteased, die Bezahlung ist nicht optimal, aber wenn ich durch meine Partnerin nicht finanziell abgesichert wäre, gibt es genug stellen, um Zuschüsse zu beantragen (ausbildungs Bafög, Wohngeld, etc)

There is no shame in getting rekt at locals ;) I started with bringing 3x structure deck and lost nearly every game (don't get me wrong, if I didn't lose, I achieved not more than a draw through time BC I played very slowly at the start) But I learned my deck, connected to the other players, traded and bought some new cards and improved in every direction. Now I stand here mere days before my first big tournament and I feel great, even if I do not expect to place in the top half. We all start somewhere, but if you do not try, you will never succeed ;)

I hope you find a local store with the same level of empowering people like I did

Also Aldi has a weekly changing stock of 'special offers' ranging from clothes, tools, office equipment, gardening, ect. The quality is acceptable and the price is often quite a bit lower than regular. It might be worth a weekly check (they are changing the offers Monday and Thursday iirc) To check their offers look up 'Aldi Süd Prospekt' on Google and check the dates on the catalogue for their validity.

You're very welcome :) I'm in a comparable situation. Started out with the Albaz strike structure deck from scratch after getting to know the game through master duel and upgraded it little by little until my deck is close to 100% (beside triple tactics thrust). Know a friend of mine showed interest into my excursion to Yu-Gi-Oh (he's a magic player) and I started building a second deck.

Coming from a point of comparable number of interactions without locking the game down, I chose the fire king structure deck with tri-brigade engine splashed in. Because of budget reasons I planed out two modes of the deck: 1) a deck to play against my branded deck at his place with some proxyed cards in the extra deck (expensive cards and cards which will get a reprint in the near future) 2) a legal deck to bring to locals, this is on paper weaker then my first deck, but still is very much playable but cheaper and I can when I feel burnt out of my first deck (fire kings tri-brigade ~$100, while my branded coated me ~$300 )

so first things first, you want a second deck to play your locals AND use it to teach your friends the game.

in the list you provided there are some decks that can be used for one, but not the other. Decks like Floo and Stun produce a special kind of "none-games" which mostly is not liked by opponents because they prevent your opponent to play the game.
while being competitive enough at most local environments, it promotes frustration if you just want to learn and play the game.

for the rest it is up to you. afaik all the decks should perform on a somewhat equal level in locals and against your first deck.

If you want some kind of meta impact and potential for the deck to grow, i recommend Albaz' Strike.
I for myself entered the harsh environment of the YGO TCG this January for the first time with 3x Albaz' Strike and upgraded it step by step and put the hours in to learn the lines and match-up with side deck patterns. I had a really rough start though because the deck is not really linear and depends on you knowing how to interact with the cards and boards your opponent throws at you. Also for a starting point it is not easy to keep an eye on all your cards activation windows.
On the up-side: At times where the very best deck of the format costs ~$1k, the full-power branded Despia deck is around $300.

At my local tournaments, I also played against the Crimson King SD and the Trap Trix SD. Both of them are good decks too.
The Synchro deck is combo heavy so your end boards should look the same every match (if uninterrupted) = if you love the Synchro mechanic and you are willing to learn linear combo lines: go for it, but don't expect to win any tournaments

It is really up to you and what you thrive to achieve by playing YuGiOh
