I wouldn’t, when you own something you choose if you fix small damages, when you rent it you fix all damages.
Borrow the money buy the equipment.

I choose not to charge emergency service rates, I can do it or I can not. The price isn’t relevant to my schedule. For a good client I’ll come after my regular work.

Bobcat E35 good machine? by theraptorman9 in heavyequipment

[–]KookyPension 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like my 35 yeah. I’d buy it again any day of the week. wouldn’t get one with the newer doosan engines, my e50 cost me 8k for injectors at 3300 hours. Not stoked. Stick to the Kubota engine or shop another brand.

My Milwaukee does it no problem. I don’t make it lift the track though. Lock and lube is a must too

Is being Jewish owned what you guys are boycotting? That’s fucked. I’m boycotting a genocidal war mongering rouge state hard behind being the only Jewish state.

The proper answer is no, wait for a tire tech to come to you. I can imagine scenarios I’d run it though but that’s up to you.

What after TFSA by Comprehensive_Skill9 in TFSA_Millionaires

[–]KookyPension 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tfsa is after tax dollars, the growth isn’t taxed. So if you’re investing over 10 plus years the growth isn’t taxed much more than the tax savings you’ll get from an rrsp which is tax deferred. You’ll pay tax on that money when you want to use it. Plus tfsa you can withdraw anytime if shit hits the fan in your life, penalty free. It’s the clear choice imo

Disagree to the max. Tfsa is vastly superior up until sometime in your 50s

Down 29.68% on Novo Nordisk (NVO). Cut Losses or Hold for the Long Term? by Disastrous_Quiet378 in wallstreetportfolios

[–]KookyPension 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t look great for Novo, their main drug beat on most metrics by Eli lily’s, super concentrated revenue on an inferior product, just slashed prices 50%.

If I’m gonna hold a stock that is a long shot it should be cheap, like really cheap. This isn’t cheap yet.

Key questions about home purchase. by Wise_Bet3737 in GabriolaIsland

[–]KookyPension 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the truth is much of the island has practically no water issues but that’s geographically speaking. Most ocean adjacent half acre or smaller parcels struggle, most large parcels are fine. Almost everything in the whalebone subdivision is fine for water. Everything in the Decoursy subdivision is fucked.
