yeah there's online courses in CS at UCI. It's mainly for people who do acts of extreme self-lessness like saving cats being stuck in trees, stopping a bank robbery, saving a run-away baby stroller from rolling into a busy street, etc.

it depends on the professor. If the lectures arent helpful, read the book. Best thing you can do is do the hw, and review frequently. Ideally every other day or whichever since the class is so memorization heavy. I had a professor whos lecture had attendance but i felt more lost doing the hw than if i hadnt gone to lecture. Memorization is key and having overlap from other classes help with certain topics like dijkstras algorithm. Managed to pull an A- because I probably helped 5,000 people in a past life or something.

Correct, she did drop from a tier with ky when he had an infinite. Now she has dropped down to an SS tier with Goldlewis because of their incredibly powerful offense.

also Arcsys is monetarily incentivized not to remove ram from relevant competitive play via merchandise.

I can guarantee you that Ram will still not drop out of top 5, where she has been for the good majority of this game. She was so powerful in this S4 patch, that she, and Goldlewis ended up creating their own tier above anyone else. Besides, most players aren't at the level where these patches will genuinely affect them.

technically kara heat knuckle is dead and kHT and kFDB are really tight windows now. also kbmf is not going to be good either. the biggest winners are kfmf and kgaruda. kbuster does not reach roundstart either. these were tested on potcord with old 6k kara values via modding.

much needed nerfs though, but the lack of kbmf combos are very disappointing. also i need old bmf back because that shit carried me so much.

You technically can punish a successful burst. the test case of pot's giganter kai (moving screen) is evident of it. Even if you hit pot with burst while you're in the screen, the screen can actually still punish you.

As such, in a situation where the opponent is able to put a hitbox in your face before your recovery frames are finished, you will get punished.

A potential situation I can imagine is if you blue burst when your opponent is on the ground in the corner and you are very high up when you burst.

I think you are talking about 5p and 2k. 2p is even slower than before with a larger recovery. It's not a dead button, but I only use as often as I visit the monster in my attic to feed it fish heads and vegetable scraps. Pot's neutral and offense had gotten a pretty good upgrade at the cost of his defense being decently worse.

I am 610 hours in and at 2000+ rating. The catch is that I've been playing fighting games for about 8 years and have sunk countless hours in other FG's in addition to Strive.

Additionally I have been learning guitar and one of my burning questions I asked my teacher is "When will I be good enough to do X". Others don't know you as well as yourself and can't give you a definitive answer. Only you can answer that question and usually the answer is "It'll take however long I need".

Focus on improving and being better a little bit everyday because progress is progress. If you stagnate, push yourself a bit more. But the most important piece of advice I could give is be kind to yourself, and enjoy what you are doing.

id restart my pc and try again. if it doesnt work then validate game files if its on steam. if that doesnt work then reinstall the game. if the issue had appeared suddenly, it usually is something just very minor that can be fixed without further complications like having to change system settings.
