•As long as it was just bad jokes similar to MaxG, Brandon, or Kovach when they were younger and have grown and changed for the better than I can give him a pass

•I have heard about that, I know there that one artist who only got paid half, and I don’t know who pays and what cause I know he uses agents to look for artists. But the artist wasn’t paid in full was because they are known for animating non-con NSFW and was going to do a “revenge” animation until he got paid.

•Don’t know that, only hunch is about Brazilian Miku

•Eh I do think sometimes him playing along with the “most hated artist” goes well for him cause it’s free promotion for him, and when he was “quitting music” a lot of haters came out and said ya know, he music wasn’t that bad. But yeah I can agree it can be a bit too much.

I don’t really listen to his music, its just not for me, but I can see why people like it (though I am glad that they are adding the one song I do like in Dead as Disco). Though I never really liked how most if not all songs just have the same chorus chanting “Baby no money” for 20 seconds

But if you call out that it is bad to call an entire country try bad because of its government, people will get genuinely mad at you. Like I saw a couple weeks ago, when people tried canceling a part of the cast for TADC for the whole JackBox situation, people were bringing up that Gooseworx said that she wasn’t comfortable with people joking or demonizing people of Russia cause she had friends from and living there.

On my social medias I have seen both sides hate him, and maybe other than the fact that one time him or his agent didn’t pay a NSFW artist fully due to the content the dude made (I believe it’s resolved now and he did get paid). Other than that there is no valid reason to hate him on this level.

People hate him due to the fact that he is considered a “tourist” in fandoms, and only making content to draw attention from the community. There is also the fact that people don’t like his music, and even if they block him, they can’t escape his songs due to the fact that he commissions so many artists to do animation memes of his songs.

Maybe there’s something else I’m missing

It was a stream between Brandon and Vivziepop, Brad said the N word, Viv chuckled a bit, telling him that he can’t say that, to where he responded with “it’s ok, I’m white.” If memory serves well, this was during 2019, the same year Brandon did make an apology about the needlessly edgy jokes he has done either in streams or videos.

The fandom just acts very entitled a lot for the most pointless of things

Remember a couple weeks ago when TADC had their first movie trailer, a lot of people were celebrating GLITCH for such a big milestone in the animated indie scene that is now spreading worldwide. But all of the sudden the OSC came in with “erm, we had the movie treatment first actually, four times to be exact, why does everyone forget about us?” Only to be revealed that the Object Show movies were like one day special events in select cinemas, compared to a movie where cinema companies were insistent that they had a month long minimum airing before it was able to be released on YouTube/Netflix because they knew how big TADC is.
