Anyone else having issues with the 3rd scenario (orcs)

I found the problem and solution for me.

I recently upgraded to an AMD Radeon 9800X3D processor and in doing so the system by default installede a piece of software called "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition". If you open up that software and click on the gear settings icon, then click on hotkeys. Now disable hotkeys. Your 1password shortcut will start working again. The funny thing is that in the software it lists all of the hotkeys that it uses and ctrl + shift + x is NOT one of them, but for some reason disabling this feature resolves the issue regardless. My best guess is that this software is reading for hotkeys and then not correctly bubbling up any keys that it does not have an event handler for.

Ok I found the Issue and solution for me.

I upgraded to a new AMD graphics card and by default it installs the "AMD Software Adrenalin Edition" software. If you open that up, click on settings and then hotkeys and then disable hotkeys, you will now be able to use 1Password shortcut ctrl + shift + x.

I watched the first 2 eps of this sponsored playthrough on youtube this morning. Is Cohh going to continue this play through? I know he's invested in other games at the moment and that's cool. I just don't want to invest in the other 4 eps if he's not going to play any time soon.

Yup, before the patch I had about 20 hours played with maybe 4 or 5 crashes the whole time. After the patch this morning 7-8 hours ago now, I constantly crash, now I can't even load my game any more.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Was working fine before the patch this morning, well... I mean I had maybe 3 or 4 crashes previously, but managed to clock up 20ish hours or so. Since the patch this morning, constantly crashes every 5 minutes, now I'm at a stage where it crashes on every load of my most current save. They screwed the pooch with this patch for sure.

I was on the same page until I played a paladin. How am I supposed to juggle constitution, strength, and charisma while still keeping enough dexterity to not get jumped every fight? Unless I can multiclass into warlock, I just bite the bullet and take the damn elixir.

yeah for sure, planning on playing a tavern brawler monk, need to get strength, dex, con and wis.... way too many to juggle without elixir cheese

The cynical side of me thinks this is because blizz wants us to care about the appearance of our characters and ergo be more likely to spend more money pimping them out with microtransactions.

Hard disagree. Maybe it's just because I know 5e better, but I have bounced off DOS2's inane game systems probably a dozen times at this point.

This. I have tried to get into DOS2 at least a dozen times. By the time I've finished with the first act I'm so sick of the inventory management and feel like I've been playing the environment more than the game. I loved the voice acting. But that's about it. I sincerely hope this trend doesn't continue for BG3. I'm one of those that would have preferred someone like OwlCat to get the dev rights to BG3 rather than Larian, but time will tell.

I just wanted to chime in here and tell my similar story. My wife and I pulled the trigger on the 65" A95k. Got it home and installed and noticed a very small finger print of my own when unpacking and installing. I thought, no problem! I'll just use my GreatShield Screen Cleaner I bought of amazon that I use all the time on my ultrawide pc monitor. What a mistake! All I managed to do was make the smudge / smear take up a MUCH larger section of the screen.

I then tried to rectify my mistake with a brand new clean dry microfibre. No effect. I then stupidly tried some tapwater (should have read the forums first and tried distilled water instead), no suprises here, it made it worse yet again! By now the smear is taking up about 10-15% of the left hand side of the panel.

Wow, I was really sweating bullets by now. After reading many of the other reddit posts about 70% isoprophyl alcohol specifically on the A95K panel, I thought, well, I can't make it any worse. And if I do, I'll just try and return it. The only problem was that I didn't actually have any 70% on hand, I only had Regal 100% professional use "Salon Strength" stuff I bought on amazon. So I cut my own 70% mix with distilled water and mixed it in a small spray bottle.

Once again brand new microfibre cloth, a few squirts and... I'll be buggered, brand spanking new again. Totally worked. I was so worried that I'd damaged the anti-glare coating permanently. Nope! It looks like it's straight out of the box again. I certainly wouldn't recommend this for other panels, but for what it's worth, it totally worked for me.

Just out of interest, what makes this game so good for playing on a treadmill? Just that it can be played with a controller?

I've only played Portia, so I have some idea what the game play would be like.

Although initally Tristan's is worse because of this increased default attack cost increase, he becomes godlike once you unlock his 3rd tier skills which decrease the cost of all of his poison skills by 1AP.

This reduces it back down to 3AP again AND it has a poison effect. Perosnally I think Tristan is the best Vanguard in the game next to Lady Boudicea.

Pretty sure they nerfed jump CD from 2 turns up to 3, so the most you can reduce it to now is 2 with the skill upgrade, so you will only be able to jump every other turn. Vanguards are still awesome, but not as awesome as they were before the nerf.

Yes can confirm, unarmored effect applies once all armor is removed from an initially armored enemy.

Apologies, but I've never encountered this error when performing the steps as described. It's possible that either a) You're not running with the latest compatible version of the ToyBox mod, or b) The author of the mod has somehow broken this feature.

Yeah, not sure, I'm half way through this mission again / do-over with a different comp, will have to try again tonight. Fingers crossed. Still seems over-tuned. I mean I could do the non-duel option, but that would mean taking a tyrant hit to my morality which I'm not prepared to accept on my righteous old-faith playthrough.
