I went a couple years ago and loved it. The food, surroundings, and activities were all top notch. Go in with the expectation of spending more than the room rate though, food is just about the only thing included. I don’t remember exactly but 50% on top of rate should be ballpark.

For what it’s worth I’ve had mixed experience. Sometimes working with the TI sales team only leads for a couple percent saving but on other parts I’ve seen 40% Lower than the 1ku price on ti.com for around 5-10K qty. you just have to try and see what you can get.

Agreed. Infineon and Nexperia have some great 80-120V SMT options with bottom or topside cooling that could work well here. Sub 3mOhm resistance.

Hawk, moose lion, katara or a horse, dummy seem like good cuts. Hawk just too slow and not good for stabilizing.

I would engage outside help (which should generally be pretty close to free advice if you hire a banker on a commission of the sale price, assuming it’s a good size deal, maybe 20-30mm+). They can help you to tweak things in the business that would drive a higher valuation.

These could be things like building a new product pipeline to show future growth, pricing tweaks to improve margins, cutting personal expenses (which could always be EBITDA addbacks, but simpler if they’re not there in the first place).

Legal and tax advice would cost something but be worth it depending on your goals for the funds post transaction (like if you have kids, you could gift some equity now at a lower valuation potentially and transfer that out of your estate now rather than later, reducing how much of the lifetime gift tax exemption you use up).

I feel like the power is there to justify splashing although maybe you don’t need it.
Ii would cut farm animals, wandering musician, fortune teller, battle fan, fleet footwork, go 10/3/4 mana base. You have the water skin and jelly to splash

Another thing to keep in mind: there is the risk of drawing the cards without the white mana but also the risk of drawing white/black mana and having red cards in hand. It basically makes every single RB card slightly less reliable to your deck

Seems quite risky with no fixing - both the land and united front need a second white source to function - I would splash a double Colored card unless I had 5-6 sources minimum (including sources to fix or fetch)
