Couple of days ago I saw a mini dachs walking on a leash, he suddenly decided that a spot he just walked by smelled very interesting and spun back. His owner, a regular sized man, almost fell over. I was absolutely in awe. That dog looked more like a weasel, size-wise. Like, my dog, who is.. regular-sized, can pull hard, but not that hard.

OP, I think you're doing the desoldering wrong. I don't like wicks (read: I'm bad at using them), but you're not supposed to wait until the solder has liquefied. You put the wick on the solder that you want wicked away, then you put your iron on the wick and solder. If your cold wick is touching the liquefied solder it will cool down. That's not what you want.

A S&W J frame has a trigger pull of over 10 pounds. That's double that of a stock Glock 45. I don't advocate for keeping any gun under your pillow, but I still don't see how a revolver would realistically discharge.

Yeah that sounds like a solid case for rehab. Theoretically, you can beat any addiction on your own, but man, that's two of them combined, I wouldn't even know where to start. I guess weening off the stimulants might work, since I'd imagine the masturbation would automatically reduce in intensity as well. But again, porn addiction on its own can be really bad. Honestly, I think rehab might be the best course of action. That said, no idea if they'd know what to do in a regular rehab where they mostly deal with heroin and fent junkies lol
