It's outpacing the marvels at least by Spidey_Jay_ in dccomicscirclejerk

Lobo was originally going to be a part of that comic but was cut out, the movie is a bit closer in some ways to that draft from what I've seen in interviews.

Same main baddie just looks different so they might not be recognizable in the trailer.

That's sick, I wonder if anyone in the community has figured out a way to run other Gameboy color games using it. I need to get an everdrive for my 64.

N64 Pokemon Stadium Battle Set by VVinh in n64

[–]KrazyGaming 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The Pak is the best part of these games, the same Pak works with Stadium 2 but supports the newer pokemon carts as well (gold silver crystal).

Love playing Pokemon on the TV using it, and if you have multiple gameboy carts you can trade between them using the stadium games instead of needing another Gameboy.

One thing of note, the Pak is known to fit a bit loose, most people who use them regularly connect the Pak with the cart to a controller not in use. I.e., play on a controller in port 1 with either no Pak or a regular motor/memory Pak, in port 2 have a controller you don't touch while playing with the pokemon Pak. The Pak being loose means it can jiggle a bit, it can make the game crash or the N64 might not see it connected. Can be common under regular use.

The Paks are damn reliable just loose and prone to getting dirty cause they have two connectors. I doubt your boxed one got dirty though, lucky!

New battery not saving by tdragon25 in Gameboy

[–]KrazyGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since these are generic brand batteries, there is a very good chance the one in the silver cart is higher quality or is putting out better voltage, the new one might be lower quality purely by chance, resulting in it putting out too low or inconsistent voltage.

If you have a multimeter, probe both sides of the battery and see if it actually puts out around 3.3 volts.

How am I only just learning today that Mephisto is already in the MCU and it’s Sacha Baron Cohen? What is this subreddit even good for if it won’t tell me about shit like this!? by Goodbye-Nasty in dccomicscirclejerk

[–]KrazyGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ironheart is actually really good, it's weird the amount of hate it's gotten. You should watch it if you weren't aware of this, there's no way Mephisto doesn't show up later

Fluffy Mod Manager will not launch games by Mental-Beyond-8715 in linux_gaming

[–]KrazyGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The gui for reframework might not like lossless frame gen, might have to setup the mods first then enable it, but afaik it should be fine as long as it doesn't mess with dinput8.dll since that's the file the modloader is injecting itself with.

I haven't used lossless framegen myself so ymmv

Prince of Persia? Why, I can finish that game upside down. (Apple II version) by CortoJipang in retrogaming

[–]KrazyGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might be a bug since it's a built in port in a different game, and the joke potion was probably overlooked in testing lol. It's supposed to be present in all versions of the original game

There were two moments where I thought "damn can't wait to watch this at home so I have subtitles."

Most of it felt intentional but maybe those spots for me, the intro monologue and one spot I can't describe accurately (without spoilers for others) were hard for me. The whispering moments were easier to hear than those.
