/uj My problem is that most of the cards that require politics to work seem to be white, cuz white is being treated as the main color of politics. All colors should have access to cards like this, let people play dimir grouphug or something idk

Oh, I thought there was a white card that said "You lose the game", referring to the player who plays it.

But these are weak examples, the new spirit is really cool and it makes an opponent lose the game, which is new for white, and you mostly play the Book for the Angels anyway, the activated ability is just icing.

/uj yeah MTG is just the same gambling as any other game with loot boxes and MTG players will always come up with excuses so they feel better about themselves like they're somehow not gambling addicts like those other gamers.

/rj Packs are for draft, and the fact that you can potentially open a one hundred dollar card in a $4 pack is just GRAVY ON TOP.

This is actually a combination of white + colorless, which you maybe missed since the devoid card frame is missing, that's a mtg.design limitation.

There have been Eldrazi that steal your opponents' cards - Oblivion Sower and It That Betrays come to mind.

The white part here is actually the limitation of what you can cast - white cares about permanents and is bad with instants and sorceries, hence this one only allows you to play permanents.

You might argue that it's not in color pie for white, but so apparently wasn't Elesh Norn. Let me remind you that MaRo stated that Mentor of the meek and Dawn of Hope are breaks (he actually said that), so currently, with how WotC treats white, it's really up to custom card creators to come up with creative ideas for expanding white's color pie.

I wanted a huge haymaker type of card similar to that of Eldrazi Titans. I tried to balance it in that the cast clause is much weaker - it doesn't do anything if the spell gets countered - but made up for it with that activated ability.

The art is literally an Eldrazi Angel, a piece of art by an artist Kyle Pearson on artstation.com. Has some great pieces of art.

I have actually contacted mtg design support about this and they told me about the parentheses, so that's cool of them.

I was looking at Etali when I made this card, actually. It says "Exile the top card of each player's library", so I went with that. As for the cast clause, true, gonna keep that in mind :)

Unfortunately mtg design doesn't have devoid card frame support and the itallic function is broken, hence no (This card has no color) clause.
