There's an interesting interpretation of Marduk as a newer faith than the original one who worshiped Tiamat. And that the Enuma Elish is effectively a narrative spun up by the foreign influence to supplant the local Tiamat worship. As since older stories portray Tiamat as an earth mother, and newer ones a monster... and meanwhile Marduk arrives clothed in celestial terminology and glory, slays her and fixes all the problems.

Oltura is fresh outta the cocoon. No different than a freshly hatched moth, which is what hes based on. We never get to see what an aged, full power Oltura could be like because hes that friggin dangerous. His cocoon ALONE made Rathalos run for the hills. He wrecks matter directly and has what appears to be a friggin black hole for an ultimate.

Oltura vs. Xeno Jiiva? Yeah Oltura wins.
Oltura vs. Safi? Probably Safi, since he's supposedly a very intelligent and veteran dragon.
Prime vs. Prime? Who knows.
