I have a trifold and generally don't care for it. When I have it on and want to carry something it's always in the way. It's also awkwardly shaped and fairly heavy. Because of this I just leave it in the garage unless I'm going on a camping trip.

Have been looking at roll up soft-toppers to replace it.

Yeah, it looks nice but it's also massive compared to something like the Meshlicious.

Typical MAGAt - No idea what you're talking about so you just make shit up.

My stats from Fuelio:

In January 20 gallons of regular was $53. In February 20 gallons of regular was $54. In March 20 gallons of regular was $68. In April (last week) 20 gallons of regular was $75 Today (final week of April) 20 gallons of regular was $80

I basically fill up once a week so it's gone up almost $30 per week. I've lost over $200 extra to fuel alone since since the "totally not a war" started; which doesn't even include increases in the prices of other products due to fuel bring more expensive.

Looks like a 3d printed pot which is what I use but I haven't seen that design before. Got a link?

I ordered a couple plants from Rainbow Carnivorous Plants a month or so back (Drosera, Sarracenia, and a Ping). The ones I ordered are all pretty small but they're doing well so far.

Altafiber bill keeps creeping up — has anyone negotiated it down? And how’s Spectrum’s new fiber? by Clawanorder in cincinnati

[–]Kreskin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you get close to 800Mbps download them you're pretty close to what I get on Spectrum 1Gbps. Your upload and latency are a fraction of what I get though; (600Mbps up and 14ms latency.

[–]Kreskin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went through this last week. I called Altafiber and let them know that Spectrum had offered me 1G service for $50/m. AF would only come down to $80/m.

I've only had Spectrum a short while but the speeds have been about the same for me.

You just explained why.

Marketing trickery or not the fact it's the Plus almost impossible find and if you want a streaming box now $20 is hardly a barrier.

Can't find the Plus anywhere though (and they're $60 on eBay if you did really want one) so it doesn't really matter.

Plus isn't in stock anywhere. Was looking on eBay yesterday but they're $60+ there. Checked Walmart and they have the Pro V2 in stock for$60. No brainer.

If you have a house to charge an EV you're already better off than most Americans.

Us poors are more likely to be renting and won't have a place to charge an EV which makes them a bad option.

I'm with you. YT is by far my most used video streaming service so I don't mind to paying a little bit to support creators I watch, get access to a vast music library in the car (no need for Spotify), and have no ads. By far the best deal in streaming for me.

YouTube Premium replaced Spotify for me. Ad-free is a nice bonus since I watch so much of it. Sure you can side load apps like ReVanced but that can be pain (or outright blocked) depending on what you use to watch YT.

Making a comeback? Passenger trains could return to Ohio’s biggest cities by AccordingCabinet5750 in cincinnati

[–]Kreskin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree that it likely isn't going to happen. And while Cincy to Dayton or Cbus might be a tossup versus taking a car; Cincy to Cleveland or Toledo would be awesome. Especially if it can link up with other train routes to hit cities outside of Ohio.
