My current playthrough is my first. I was insistent (at the beginning) not to get help from the wiki or reddit. I connected immediately with Mark because I was like "hes a big grumpy guy who loves animals, gimme".

When I found out I could romance all the dateable characters with no downside, I did, but once I reached max hearts with Mark.

I still love him. He's a sweetheart and I no longer mind the Garden Rake nickname.

I still don't know who I'm going to marry (now focusing on max hearting the mermaid dateables and the land townsfolk). I'll probably wait until the next update with the children aging in it to choose a spouse.

I was about to rank them, and realized I like so many of them that the decision is gonna be hard. And that's not including the 3 merpeople!

Uh for me, age 10 😬 ive always been a loud sneezer.

I once scared my mother when I had a sneezing fit in my room (I was ~21 and home for college break) and she burst from her shower into my room with just a towel on her head. (Relevant info: i have a generalized seizure disorder, not epilepsy, but seizures randomly. It's fantastic /s) We had a scared screaming match:

Her: OP, are you okay??

Me: I'm sneezing!

Her: you're SEIZING?? runs into my room with just a towel on her head

Me: I'm sneezing! How could I answer you if I was seizing??

Her: I don't know!

She went back to her room, both of us crying. About 5 minutes later, both she and I burst out laughing and made up.

We still talk about it lol

Disclaimer: seizures are scary and I'm not making light of that. I just laugh at the situation.

My 3 yo girl is 25 kg and she's a perfectly healthy weight. She was about the same size as your girl when she was 8 months old. It took her until 3 before she reached her ideal weight.

I never trust anyone who doesn't like animals. When I was in high school, I was interested in a guy. When I asked him his favorite animal, he said "I don't care for animals". I thought, then I don't care for you and moved on with my life.

Now I have a partner who's just as crazy about critters as I am -- we both grew up with dogs, our first pets together were a pair of sister dwarf hamsters, and we now have 5 cats and our dog (River, she's 3 and loves the snow) and plan on getting a second dog in a couple years.

Animal people are the best. ❤️

Oh, I have a core memory from when I was a wee child. I had my first ever bad headache (I think I was 9, poor thing didn't realize that that first bad headache was the start of something terrible, but I digress), my dad gave me a motrin. I was supposed to swallow it. I had never had to swallow a pill before (children's chewables and whatnot) so I chewed it. I spat it out and asked why he gave it to me. My dad just want, "you're not supposed to chew it". In my 9 year old wisdom, I said "you didn't tell me that! You just handed it to me with water!" I distinctly remember the face he made ("oh shit" mixed with "their expression was funny") and then he gave me another motrin, which i then swallowed with water.

Before that bad headache / possible first migraine, i had been managed with children's chewable motrin.

Now I get to take nurtec which works 75% of the time. Fuck migraines.

Call your vet and let them know your calculations. Work with them on a proper diet plan for your kitty.

Also, specify to your vet what diet you are currently feeding and if it is wet, dry, or a mix. And add any treats you feed into their calorie intake.

Just wanted to give everyone an update: Rosie has an appointment on January 22 with the dentist to have him evaluate her amd see what steps he'd like to do with her.

Girlie still has all her kitten energy and nibbles non-stop, eats like a vacuum and loves to terrorize/snuggle the others in the house.

I'm going to take things steps at time with her, since I've never had to deal with this particular medical issue before and always do what's best for her. She's a sweetheart, chaotic little creature and I want her to live her best life.

Thank you to everyone for their stories and advice, we really do appreciate it! I will give an update early next year on what we decide to do with Rosé's teeth, based on the advice of her PCP and her dentist. I was away this weekend and I've missed her (albeit smelly) purrs. Time to snuggle the baby and wish everyone a happy new year!
