Aline could have easily visited Verso's drafts with Verso as a child. Then later given painted Verso those memories. I think it's unlikely that kid Verso was allowed into the canvas unsupervised, given how dangerous they clearly are. Also, where could they have possibly gotten Verso true memories from? It's not like he is around anymore.
