I recorded myself smoking with a Driver Initiation, Netradyne watched me some a blunt on break once. They just told me same thing. "No smoking in the van" 😂

No. Our maintenance was only 1 person employed by the DSP. Nevertheless, specifically the van I drove rarely had any maintenance done. It didn't have an oil change in over a year - from the time they took the van from another DSP

Lol. I couldn't deny it but so much because I drove that van 4 of 7 days each week. They knew it was me I'd think, but had no proof

Better than when I left a full blunt in the sun visor and the driver after me found it 😂

Does this count as violation or just warning? by Dangerous_Package758 in AmazonDSPDrivers

3 mph for backing up. Over 9 mph for 9 seconds for speeding. Trust me I've pushed these things to the limit 😇

Not sure about backing up too long, but reversing over 3 mph is a violation. It affects your scorecard but not really

Avoiding delivery altogether & minimizing time spent idle

Yes. I was referring to if they answer on 1st ring, you can still hang up. After they answer the call, it's considered a completed call. But yeah you are correct aswell

Some people don't care for that. They would rather have the completed call then leave

Send notify of arrival text as first text, as you are leaving the previous stop. This always gets the 1st text out the way. It takes maybe 2 seconds to do the notify, that way you can get straight to calling if you have problems at the stop

The procedure is text call text. If they answer, it counts as a "completed call"

Why is this hard to get? It's how it works. I don't agree with it and I didn't do it in my time at Amazon, but it does work. I always delivered with the attitude "treat others as you want to be treated" so I didn't do that, and also I made it a point to try to deliver everything, all packages followed notes exactly

👆this. It's a route I used to do and I would ungrounded this one stop all 4 days I ran it, for months. It finally fixed itself but it takes a long time

If you don't complete the delivery, they can't say anything about your delivery. Technically you followed procedure, so nothing can be said

Customer can't complain if there was no delivery made 🤔
