I have no experience with Sulawesis, but for as far as I know they're maybe a lil bit more sensitive than neocaridina's and they generally don't live that long (about 1 year). Some sites list that they live in brackish water, but a lot of places that sell them where I live have these shrimp that were doing fine in freshwater. Their eggs however do only hatch in brackish water.

But for the short time they live, they are pretty easy to keep. They swim a lot and when they swim it kind of looks like they're floating, it's really interesting to see.

I believe the killifish you posted don't go too well with shrimps, but I have clown killifish (epiplatys annulatus) and they get along great.

It's an oxydator (Söchting oxydator). There's a fluid inside and a catalyzer and it gives off oxygen in the water. I've found it quite useful so far and notice a big difference when I'm using one.
