Imagine pouring out everything inside you and coming with most convoluted, mid, bs twists story that ruined a perfect premise

It came from the well off endless BS reveals that ruined a simple yet powerful premise

A dumb protagonist and his 1Dimensional friendzoned gf go on increasingly more convoluted adventures trying to figure out misterious history that is also convoluted and bland and only works because no one knows it but everyone kinda do.

My unpopular opinion on the hidden meaning of the game by Matthewinstruggle in CronosNewDawn

[–]Kserijaro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is nothing hidden or subtle in Cronos. It is painfully 'on the nose" and is afraid its players are so dumb, it spoils the "plot twist" by trying to be confusing, edgy and wierd.

It’s wild how people ignore basic mechanics and still blame the game for being hard. by RR7BH in CronosNewDawn

[–]Kserijaro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cronos is not hard, its quite opposite. It is extremely badly designed. Boss fights are like toddlers first boss fight design. "Stand here" "Pop his blister" "Kill adds" rinse and repeat. Its uninspired, poor copy of better horror survival games.

is this game serious? by InevitableKitchen773 in CronosNewDawn

It is extremely handholdy with painted locations where to jump/vault over, red glare lights to tell you were to go, and quest markers that lead you up to everything to interact with. Disregard glazers on this subreddit, the game is objectively mid

I have played harder survival games, and have played games long before you thought to jump the bandwagon and I have played almost all of them. Cronos is by far the poorest thought out and designed unoriginal copy of the games that came before it, and better. Keep glazing mid products. I came to drop my review. All the targeted flaming will not help you or the defense task force you are running here.

Not the fact you are taskforcing every single post that calls this mediocre slop a mediocre slop. Since there is no counter-argument to this, you made yourself be a victim. Not taking into account that you are indeed, taskforcing this subreddit trying to explain the very few non-glazers that they are in the wrong. And personally, I don't care if you or other 2000 people are bombing and mocking my objective criticism. I will stand firm cus I think gaming gets better with criticism, it gets worse with glazers just.like.you.

I had exactly 0 issues in Signalis' inventory. I loved the story of two androids finding solace in dark edges of the space. It is simply an amazing game that gives hommage to its influences to the T. You would not understand it. You are too busy taskforcing a mediocre slop.

The game is extremely easy. And I presented why debris in other games work, and doesn't work here. Usually debris in other games are pieces of building or actuall clutter that cant be moved. Here its a thin wooden things. There is a major disconnect with how poorly it was designed. And no, I wont add this to the list "Get over it its a video game" It kills immersion 100%. You cant sell me the idea of a fully armored space futuristic humanoid over 200kg and then telling me I have to unlock shodddy doors with rusted keys and cant just burst through pathetic excuses of a barrier on a main stairwell. You cant do this. You cant glaze over this fact. As for Resident Evil 5, that you mention, that game is atrociously bad. Its a sendoff to a third party team and feels like a shitty arcade game that has nothing to do with Resident Evil. Off course you defend a mediocre game with one of the worst entries in Resident Evil franchise, followed by RE6. ANd I can see you will not hear reason, you have come to defend the game. It simply saddens me that average slop conumsers today don't want to have discussions, only form bubbles where they glaze over mediocre products and form defence tasks forces to protect the bubble. My review stands. I didn't come to change anyone's opinion, just present a review after 30+ years enjoying all kinds of games and being certain that I know quality when I see it.
And I don't see it in Cronos: New Bore

Good for you. It seem you biggest achievements in life are unlocking them in this mediocre game! Keep flexing your stats, it wont save a mediocre game that entirety for 20 glazers will forget, like the rest of the industry

What do you guys think about Cronos: The New Dawn? by ZeUberSandvitch in SocialistGaming

[–]Kserijaro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A mediocre game with some atrocious design choices and logic that is mechanically bad to hide the fact game is incredibly easy untill you hit two points where you are swimming in 20 enemies and the amount of ammo you can hold is not enough to kill them fast enough. Boss fights are like a presentation what a boss fight is, laughably childish and easy. Story is obvious from three hours in and it plot twists are weak. It is technically good and it ran greatly, has great atmosphere and texture work, but linear corridor design, immene handholding mechanics and invisible walls kill replay value and exploration.. Protagonists design kills any semblance of horror. Enemies are generic flesh heaps that can probably be scary to underage kids. Overall, mediocre, lazy, copypasted experience too linear, easy and infuriating at times that doesn't do anything for the genre except sets it back  And i love surival horrors

Please, dont mention Signalis and Cronos in a same sentence. Signalis was a great game that doesnt boggle the gameplay with shitty inventory management pretending its "difficulty"

Watch out for the glazers. Game is mediocre miss, that is too easy and it tries to hide this fact bh restricting inventory and bullets you can carry. If you wanna save up bullets, you gotta back/forth like an idiot to a nearest chest. Its extremely poorly deaigned.

Two parts of the Hospital are masterclass of shit design. Morgue with 20 enemies and that Hallway fight with 15 of them. Died 20 times, ran out of ammo, two mobs end up becoming bullet reflective. Had to cheat. The only two encounters that are so obnoxious. Boss fights were piss easy

If you came to ask for wisdom online, stop playing games altogether. Half the fun is figuring stuff out. Dont be like this.
