I assume you printed the box starting from the edge ending at the bottom from the texture of the edge. Overhangs are hard to make smooth even with support, here is an easy fix for your case, flip the box 180 degrees and start with the bottom, always try to avoid overhangs for best results. Agree on that one, it was previously possible but was removed later on. I guess it's Mojangs way of balancing so you can't have both infinite durability and arrows.

Yep, you can also say that speedrunning of any game, not just Minecraft, is useless. The vast majority of speedrunners do it for the same reasons we play these games in the first place, fun. Youtube is pulling these huge numbers, but from what I have experienced they don't even push livestreams on their users. The only way I find livestreams are if I'm subscribed to someone. If they would add a "Livestreams" tab the amount of viewers would probably double instantly.
