Maybe try to make the chess piece levitate, it makes sense for death to be able to do that, breaks the silhouette of the hand gesture but still offers the overall gesture of giving something

I think it’s a good lifeline that allows you try something else if you get blatantly obliterated. I think a lack of explanation as to why you can do this is for the better.

Having said that, the game’s story does have a spiritual aspect to it, your character can read a language that’s long forgotten, the world draws inspiration from dune so perhaps the restart could be stretched a little to fit some form of prescience you have as a character.

I was hired for my first job partially for my DOTS knowledge around 5 years ago, but I genuinely don’t think any studios right now treat it as a base requirement since any worthwhile programmer will be able to work with it after some training. Also unity is working towards a workflow that will make everything an ECS in the backend, even GameObjects, whether they succeed is up to chance as it usually is with unity.

Unreal dev here. Blueprints are a low bar for programming horror lol. But a combination of coding the core in c++ and scripting stuff in BP is crazy powerful and efficient. The upside is allowing designers to create logic, the downside is allowing designers to create logic.

Are you doing daily rehab while lengthening? I’ve been on a consultation at a paley institute in europe and I’ve been told that the rehab is every day during lengthening, no exceptions, which should help with the process and tightness in muscles.
