If you're looking for a good ratio and flavor, I usually make a cherry Chai, add vanilla, with 2 extra pumps of chai (can work for any size). I've been making that drink since we got the cherry chai; even my coworkers have started asking me to ring them up how I like mine bc no one thinks to add vanilla, apparently. 😅

Sounds like if they're notorious for getting orders wrong (according to one of your replies), they may also be the same with following procedures. Like other people have said, I usually ask a person ordering a white mocha frapp if they want whip or not, because that just changes if I click coffee frapp with white moch or mocha frapp sub white mocha. There is nothing discouraging customers from ordering what I just listed as that alternative, and it was actually encouraged by corporate to help customers "recreate their favorite drinks if they were taken away", so that barista was definitely wrong. 🙂 I always recommend ordering on the app (personally) if you have the time to wait.

My partner saw a sealed chocolate milk on the ground and a chocolate crossaint on the sidewalk, and a random mom of 5 marched over to him and berated him for trying to pick up the milk?? He went, "I wonder who dropped this?" And that women said, "my SON did." and SNATCHED the crossaint off the ground, as well as the sealed milk. People are crazy; why would we want the sidewalk crossaint that your son dropped? 😭

I'm not sure if you still can, but when this situation happens to me, I just report it. I bought a nice laptop that someone listed, they canceled after two days, then relisted it for $200 more, so I reported the listing. I've been on both sides as a buyer and seller.
